Robert J. Biggins, CFSP, President
bob@magounbiggins.comBiggins became very involved in the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association (MFDA), joining its board of directors in 1990 and serving as chair of its Public Relations Committee from 1992 to 1993. After serving as the association's First and Second Vice President, he served as MFDA's 1995-96 President. It was during this time that he realized the support and encouragement of his colleagues in New England for him to seek election to and to continue to serve on the Executive Board of the National Funeral Director's Association.
His experience includes serving as an NFDA Policy Board member and as a member and leader of multiple committees, subcommittees and workgroups. He has served on the NFDA Executive Board as an At-large representative, Secretary, Treasurer, President-Elect, and President.
Biggins also has been involved with activities at the New England Institute at Mt. Ida College, serving on its board of academic overseers as well as its Search Committee, and becoming a Naples Institute Fellow in 1998. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Award from New England Institute in 2000 and in 2001 he was humbled to be named Alumnus of the Year by Mt. Ida College.
Bob is also a member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, the Funeral Ethics Association, Rockland Kiwanis Club, Rockland Council, Knights of Columbus and the Rockland and South Shore Chambers of Commerce and is a partner in the Last Acts Coalition. He has been named a Kentucky Colonel for his selfless contributions to others by Ernie Fletcher, the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
He has been awarded the professional designation as a Certified Funeral Service Professional and has been awarded the Certified Pre-Planning Consultant designation both indicating and recognizing his fervent belief in continued professional education.
Daniel J. Biggins, Vice President
dan@magounbiggins.comHe is a member of the Massachusetts and National Funeral Director's Association, Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, Rockland Council Knights of Columbus, Rockland Chamber of Commerce, Rockland New Comers Group and is a communicant of Holy Family Church. He is also a licensed insurance agent in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, allowing him to offer families several choices when Pre-Arranging their funeral. Dan and his wife Danielle (Mendalka) Biggins reside at the funeral home which allows them to serve families at the moment of their need.
He serves as NFDA Political Action Committee chair in Massachusetts and serves on the associations programming committee. He has been a presenter at several national conventions using his experience in a family owned business to colleagues of his age from across the country. Dan was chosen by NFDA to be a spokesperson in response to the HBO series "Six Feet Under" and was prominently featured in the last episode of that award winning drama.
Kathleen T. Cluff, Office Manager
kathy@magounbiggins.com Kathleen T. Cluff has been affiliated with the funeral home since 1992. She manages the daily operation of the business office and coordinates all accounting, billing and correspondences for our client families while serving as the Clerk of the Corporation. Kathy extends her warmth and personal experiences in bereavement to visitors and callers at our facility. She and her husband Mark reside in Kingston and spend many hours with their children Lauren and Scott at youth sporting events.

Biggins, Vice-president of the firm, oversees the family follow up and continuing care responsibilities of our organization. She brings a background in "Customer Care" that was formulated in 14 years of services with a major cosmetic and skin care company. She assists with all aspects of providing tender touches to families during visitation, funerals, and all post funeral care.
Our firm is proud to be a member of the National Funeral Directors Association's "Pursuit of Excellence" program which is designed to assist us in providing comprehensive and far reaching outreach services to our community.
